Moonshot

In Moonshot, Sonny rides the night — surfing the dark waters of a cosmic half-moon while a rocket blazes alongside him toward some unknown destination. The circular canvas frames a world split between shadow and sun: a starlit sky teeming with life and color on one side, a radiant burst of yellow warmth on the other.

Everything here is in motion — the wave, the rocket, the stars, Sonny himself. It's a painting about momentum, about trusting the ride, about launching yourself toward something new without knowing exactly where you'll land.
